Taylor Momsen is an American model, actress and singer who hails from St. Louis Missouri. Her most well-known work is her character Jenny Humphrey on the CW show Gossip Girl and as the leader of the rock group The Pretty Reckless. Momsen's songs have been featured in TV and films like How to Be Single Going the Distance and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen was born on June 26, 1993. She has a younger sister Sloane Momsen who is also an actress. She trained in dance in the Center of Creative Arts St. Louis. The actress began her professional acting career aged three in a national commercial for Shake 'n Bake. Momsen had a career pause for more than three years, before being cast as the lead in Misconceptions the WB television show. Momsen also appeared at the time in Saving Shiloh (2006).
