Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career when she was just 16 years old, and she quit her gymnastics. Within a year, she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. She began competing in fitness shows after giving up her gymnastics career from childhood. One year later at 17 She was able to earn her professional card. She became the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel took a six-year break from her career after she earned her professional card in order to further the education. Then she came back in the year 2015 and carried on from the point where she had left participating in some of the most prestigious contests like The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her first appearance, she continued competing for many years and set higher goals each year. She was awarded four more fitness championships by the close of 2009. Also, 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age ever. Ariel took the first six years of competition to get her degree from the college she attended. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel made a successful comeback during the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished at third. In the summer of 2016, she won the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage three months later taking sixth place at the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations prior to the event and was satisfied with the results. It's no surprise that she was able to place so high, given the level of competition. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to train includes her lower back. Her exercises to work her back are bent-over rows on the machine using single-arm pull downs with lats. She will warm up prior to moving onto sets. Ariel makes the best use of her limited time. This is accomplished by creating all of her back exercises doing up to four or three supersets of between 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is sort of exercise twice a week, with one day being a lighter weight and another heavier weight day.
