Annmarie Fairweather is a seasoned Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of knowledge in the field. She's worked alongside leaders across a variety of industries, helping them improve their business, in particular when they are experiencing rapid growth. She served as an advisor, helping translate corporate and people strategies into strategies, goals and corporate-wide targets by focusing on organizational performance, employee involvement, as well as change. She enjoys learning and believes that the development of leaders as well as teams as the biggest competitive advantages.
